Covid-19 



(coronavirus disease - 2019) initially spread
in WUHAN (city of China) at the end of December 2019. Initially it named as 
SARs-CoV-2, and then resulted as the outbreak of a respiratory illness called COVID-19.





Then it rapidly spread in China, and other countries of the world. It affected almost 209 countries of America, Europe, Ay and Asia including Pakistan. 

The figure of deaths and affected persons is increasing day by day. Many steps have been taken to control this pandemic.
Although Pakistan has less resources but it also took rigrous measures like specially designed hospitals, quarantine facilities, Laboraties for testing and even lock-down to control the spread of Covid-19. 

Stay alert. Stay safe. 
Initially Covid-19 spread as the pneumonia of an unknown cause later it has been recognized as a type of illness caused by the novel coronavirus.

Symptoms of Covid-19 ;

Most commonly found symptoms :
  • Fever 
  • Dry cough 
  • Tiredness 
Less common symptoms :
  • Pain in body 
  • Headaches 
  • Sore throat 
  • Loss of taste or smell 
  • A rash on skin or decoloration on figures or toes

What can you do to prevent yourself from coronavirus?

  • Wash hands properly for about 20 seconds,with soap and clean water or with an alcohol based hand rub. 




  • Wear mask when going to market or any other place. 


  • Use alcohol based sanitizer if water and soap are not available. 

  • Cover your nose and mouth when sneeze or cough 


  • Maintain physical distance of 1meter from the person who have symptoms. 
  • Use gloves. 

  • If you are not feeling well then try to stay at home
  • If you feel fever, cough and difficulty in breathing then call your doctor. 

Facilities given by the government of Pakistan :

Government of Pakistan has been doing all the possible measures to control the spread of Covid-19. Since the first day when the first case was reported in Pakistan, our government is doing its best to control the pandemic. 
Special hospitals, Laboraties and quarantine centers have been designed to help people. 
Also, government took a major step of lockdown. Closed all the educational institutes and markets and all the other places where there is a chance of spending of virus. 

Educational institutions are doing there work online and giving students online access to their studies. 



Government is taking all the possible steps to make sure that the spread of virus could be minimize. 

Also a Covid-19 relief fund is established to receive donations for the welfare of public. Social networking helpines were launched.

There are alot of arrangements made by the government of Pakistan to fight against the outbreak of coronavirus in Pakistan. 

In the capital of Pakistan Islamabad single hospital was functional, in Sindh 4, Khyberpakhtunkhwa 7,Balouchistan 10,Gilgit 4 and In Azad Jammu and Kashmir 3 hospitals are functional.

In the whole world PCR is being used for the test of coronavirus. Pakistan's government has also recommended to use PCR method for testing.

What you have to do if you get positive? 

In this regard the federal government of Pakistan, has said that the patients with mild symptoms should be isolate at home while those who have severe symptoms and require medical treatment should treated at hospitals. 


If a prson dies then specialized forces are being trained to carry and burry the dead body. 
If you get positive then isolate yourself and take care of your diet. 
Use vitamin C in exess



If you feel severness then call your doctor. 


Conclusion and recommendations

The carnivorous is spreading rapidly worldwide. The motality and morbidity rate is reached at an unexpected level. 

The researchers of whole the world are trying to get the solution of that but still the situation is not in control. 
In this time every one should take the responsibility and stay at home to minimize the risk. 
The air borne contact and transmission can be minimize by using mask, keeping social distance. 
Don't go to the crowded places.
Obey the rules and regulations set by the government and WHO. 
The only cure to this curse is circumspection.
Research is continue on this virus but until now no ethnic cure is discovered. 
All over the world, medicines used to cure pneumonia, are being given to the patients of Covid-19 



Among of us no one knows when will be the end of this pandemic but by keeping care of precautions risk of its spread could be minimized.
